1. The third paragraph under "SHOWS, DEMONSTRATIONS, DISPLAYS" which reads: A 5% commission will be paid" Is changed to read: "A 10% commission will be paid". |

The second paragraph under "OFFICERS" which reads: "The term of office will be for one year with an elected President who has served a full year not eligible to succeed himself in that office". is changed to read: "The term of office will be for one year with an elected President who may succeed himself for one additional year". |
| 3. Under "MEMBERS OBLIGATIONS"--add sentence that reads: "All members must read and sign an awareness waiver as a membership requirement. |
| 4. The second paragraph under "MEMBERSHIP" which reads: "A junior member is considered as one sixteen years of age or younger and shall pay junior membership dues" is changed to read: "A junior member is considered as one under sixteen years of age and over eleven years and will pay junior membership dues. A junior member must be accompanied by an adult". |

The second paragraph under "OFFICERS" which reads: "The term of office will be for one year with an elected President who may succeed himself for one additional year". is changed to read: "The term of office will be for one year with an elected President who may succeed himself for three additional year." |
